江陰市金屬容器制造有限公司是各類壓力容器的設計開發和生產制造廠家；公司從美、德、法、日等國引進的生產設備和工藝技術，擁有德國產數控切割機3臺、9m銑邊機1臺、全自動管板焊機3臺、松下氣體保護焊機21臺、大型翻轉工裝1臺及噴漆一座，數控萬能卷板機一臺，美國產扭矩自調脹管槍6臺；在設備上滿足了高品質鍋爐、壓力容器的生產需要。布置了DFM生產流水線，生產現場實行5S管理；并以ISO9001的要求建立了完整的質量保證體系。

Jiangyin Metal Vessel Manufacturing co., LTD is a manufacturer of various kinds of pressure vessel designing and manufacturing. Our company has imported some advanced production equipment and technology from U.S.A, Germany, France, Japan etc. including 3 digital controlled cutters, 1 9m edge milling machine and 3 full-automatic tube sheet welding machines from Germany, 21 gas shielded welding machines, 1 large flip tooling and lacquered and 1 NC bending machine from Panasonic, Japan and 6 torque self-controlling tube expanding guns from U.S.A.；Our equipment meets the demands of producing high quality boilers and pressure vessels. We set DFM production line according to world advanced production mode, implement 5S management system in production area; Furthermore, we have established complete quality assurance system according to the standard of ISO9001.
